I have fibromyalgia & RA and had been recommended to try deep tissue massage. After a few massages at spas around the area I wasn't impressed. After one massage with Mary Lou, I was MORE than impressed. She took the time to explain the process & technique she was applying and the results were incredible! The underlying constant ache in my muscles diminished to the point that I actually wasn't aware of it as a constant companion. Pain relief after one her massages is both immediate and lasting. Needles to say, I am seriously impressed now! I look forward to my visits both for her amazing hands and her gentle, nurturing spirit. Mary Lou has given me back a part of my life.
