Cancellation
Your time is as valuable as is ours. Time has been set aside just for your appointment. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason without a service charge. Failure to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a charge for the full price of the session.
All appointments must be held with a valid credit card. By making this appointment you authorize Douglasville Therapeutic Massage to charge your credit card if you miss your visit and / or fail to cancel or reschedule prior to 24 hours before your original appointment time.
- A no-show invalidates a gift certificate or coupon meant to be used for the massage therapy session.
- A no-show will result in a charge for a full session on prepaid accounts.
- Future appointments after a no-show will require payment of a missed visit fee and pre-payment of the massage therapy session.
- Packages and gift certificates are non-refundable.
